- LCD Screen: Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid pressing too hard.
4.2. Battery Care
- Remove batteries when the camera will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place.
- Dispose of depleted batteries according to local regulations.
4.3. Storage
When storing the camera, ensure it is turned off and the lens is retracted. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Consider using a camera bag for protection.
5. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Camera does not turn on. | Dead or incorrectly inserted batteries. | Replace batteries or ensure they are inserted with correct polarity. |
| Images are blurry. | Camera shake, subject movement, or out of focus. | Hold the camera steady, use a tripod, ensure proper focus by pressing the shutter button halfway before fully pressing. Utilize image stabilization. |
| Shutter lag is noticeable. | Camera processing, low light conditions, or continuous autofocus. | Ensure sufficient lighting. Pre-focus by pressing the shutter button halfway before the desired moment. |
| Red-eye in flash photos. | Flash reflecting off retina. | Use red-eye reduction flash mode. Increase ambient light if possible. |
| Photos are grainy in low light. | High ISO setting, insufficient light. | Increase ambient light, use flash, or adjust ISO settings if available (lower ISO reduces grain but requires more light). |
| Cannot record video. | Memory card full or too slow. | Delete unnecessary files or use a faster memory card (Class 4 or higher recommended for video). |
