Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for a quick and easy installation of your LUXE Bidet NEO 120. No special tools are typically required beyond a screwdriver.

1. Turn Off Toilet Tank Water Supply
Locate the water supply valve at the wall behind your toilet. Turn it clockwise until the water flow stops. Flush the toilet to completely empty the tank and bowl.
2. Remove the Toilet Seat
Lift the hinge tabs of your toilet seat and use a flathead screwdriver to unscrew the toilet seat bolts. Remove the toilet seat and set it aside.
3. Mount Your LUXE Bidet on the Toilet
Place the bidet attachment on the toilet bowl. The adjustment plates will need to line up with the holes on the toilet bowl. You may need to rotate the adjustment plates accordingly to line up properly with the holes.
4. Reattach Your Toilet Seat
Reattach the toilet seat on top of the bidet attachment and secure it using the original toilet seat hardware. Make sure to tighten the bolts to ensure that the bidet attachment and toilet seat do not move.
5. Disconnect the Water Supply Hose
Make sure you have turned off the toilet tank water supply and flushed the toilet to empty the tank. Disconnect the water supply hose from the toilet tank connection.
6. Check the T-adapter
Ensure that there is a black rubber washer inserted at the top of the T-adapter. If it is not already there, insert the black rubber washer as it is securely in place.
7. Install the T-adapter to the Toilet Tank
Connect the top of the T-adapter to the toilet tank and the bottom of the T-adapter to the water supply hose. Take care to align the T-adapter straight on the fill valve to prevent any cross-threading caused by misalignment. Hand-tighten only.
8. Connect the Bidet Hose to the T-adapter and Inlet
Connect the 1/2" end of the cold water metal braided hose to the T-adapter. Connect the 1/4" end of the hose to the bidet inlet. Use the wing nut of the hose to fully tighten the connections at both ends of the hose. Hand-tighten only.
9. Turn On Water Supply and Check for Leaks
Slowly turn the water supply valve back on. Check all connections for leaks. If any leaks are found, gently tighten the connections until the leak stops. Do not overtighten.

The LUXE Bidet NEO 120 features intuitive controls for a personalized cleaning experience.

Maintenance
Nozzle Cleaning:
The NEO 120 features a self-cleaning nozzle. To clean the nozzle, turn the top knob to the "NOZZLE CLEAN" position. This will spray fresh water over the nozzle to wash off any debris. The nozzle automatically retracts behind a guard gate after each use to ensure it remains protected and pristine.
General Cleaning:
Clean the exterior of the bidet attachment regularly with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Water Leakage: | Ensure all connections (T-adapter, hoses) are hand-tightened properly. Check for missing or improperly seated rubber washers/O-rings. Apply Teflon tape to threaded connections if necessary. |
| Low Water Pressure: | Check if the water supply valve is fully open. Ensure the water pressure control knob on the bidet is set to a higher setting. |
| Toilet Seat Not Laying Flat: | This can occur with some toilet seat designs. Consider purchasing toilet seat bumpers (spacers) to raise the toilet seat slightly and ensure it sits flat on the bidet attachment. |
| Nozzle Not Extending/Retracting: | Ensure the mode control knob is correctly set to "REAR" or "NOZZLE CLEAN". Check for any obstructions around the nozzle or guard gate. |
| Difficulty with Installation: | Refer to the detailed step-by-step instructions and diagrams in the manual. Ensure you have basic tools like a flathead screwdriver if needed for your toilet seat. |
