4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Helicopter Battery

1. Connect the rechargeable lithium polymer battery to the included wall charger.
2. Plug the wall charger into a standard electrical outlet.
3. Allow approximately 1.5 to 2 hours for a full charge. The charger's indicator light will typically change or turn off when charging is complete.
4. A full charge provides approximately 8 minutes of flight time.

4.2. Installing Remote Control Batteries

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 6 new AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.3. Initial Pairing

1. Ensure both the helicopter and remote control are turned off.
2. Place the helicopter on a flat, level surface.
3. Turn on the helicopter's power switch. The LED lights on the helicopter will flash.
4. Turn on the remote control's power switch.
5. Move the throttle stick (left stick) all the way up, then all the way down. The helicopter's LED lights will stop flashing and remain solid, indicating successful pairing.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Remote Control Functions
