Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your DigiPower TC-U450 charger, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
Charger Not Powering On / LEDs Not Lighting Up
- Ensure the charger is securely plugged into a functional wall outlet or the car adapter is properly connected and the vehicle's accessory socket is active.
- Check if the AC prongs are fully extended and making proper contact.
- Verify that the power source is working by testing it with another device.
Battery Not Charging / LEDs Not Blinking
- For lithium-ion batteries, ensure the charging pins are correctly aligned with the battery's positive and negative contacts and making firm contact. Adjust the side sliders and bottom support as needed.
- For AA/AAA batteries, ensure they are inserted with correct polarity and are rechargeable types.
- The charger has built-in protection against battery defects. If a battery is severely damaged or completely drained, the charger may not initiate charging. Try a different battery if possible.
- Ensure the battery is securely held in the charging bay.
Slow Charging
- Charging multiple devices (batteries and USB device) simultaneously may reduce individual charging speeds.
- Ensure the power source is stable.
