Installing the Trim Set
- Ensure the Posi-Temp valve is securely installed and the water supply is off.
- Position the escutcheon (faceplate) over the valve body, aligning the screw holes.
- Secure the escutcheon to the valve body using the provided mounting screws. Do not overtighten.
- Attach the shower lever handle to the valve stem. The handle operates counterclockwise through a 270° arc, with the "off" position at 6 o'clock and maximum hot at the 9 o'clock position.
