4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully for proper installation:
- Prepare the Installation Area: Ensure the power is OFF at the circuit breaker. The required installation hole diameter is 4 1/2 inches (11.43 cm).
- Electrical Connections:
- Connect the black (live) wire from your household wiring to the colored wire from the fixture.
- Connect the white (neutral) wire from your household wiring to the white wire from the fixture.
- Connect the bare copper (ground) wire from your household wiring to the bare copper wire from the fixture.
- The use of a wire clip (not included) is recommended for securing connections.
- Ensure all connections conform to the electrical code of your region.
- Install the Trim Light:
- Remove the decorative baffle from the fixture if present.
- While holding the fixture with one hand, insert the three housing clips into the T-side slots of the installation hole.
- Using the tip of a finger, push down each clip one by one along the slots until they sit firmly on the opposite surface of the ceiling.
- Insert Bulb: Install a 75W BR30 max bulb or a 15W CFL bulb (not included) into the socket.

5. Operating Instructions
Once installed and the bulb is inserted, the BAZZ Series 400 Recessed Trim Light operates via a standard wall switch connected to the circuit. Simply toggle the wall switch to turn the light ON or OFF.
