Setup

Battery Installation

Initial Placement

Place the scale on a hard, flat, and level surface. Avoid carpets or soft flooring, as these surfaces can significantly affect measurement accuracy.

Operating Instructions

Taking a Measurement

  1. Gently tap the center of the scale with your foot to activate it. The display will show "0.0" or "0.00".
  2. Once "0.0" or "0.00" appears, step onto the scale with bare feet, standing still and centered on the platform.
  3. Your weight will be displayed. The reading will flash when finalized.
  4. Step off the scale. The display will hold the weight for a few seconds before turning off automatically.

Unit Conversion (Pounds, Kilograms, Stones)

Your scale can display weight in pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), or stones (st).

To change the unit of measurement:

  1. Locate the unit switch button on the underside of the scale, near the battery compartment.
  2. Press the button to toggle between lb, kg, and st.
  3. The selected unit will be indicated on the display during your next measurement.
