5.1. Grinding Pulses and Grains
- Ensure the drum and grinding stones are clean and properly assembled on the motor base.
- Add pre-soaked and drained pulses or grains into the drum. Do not overload the drum beyond its recommended capacity.
- Pour a small amount of water into the drum. The amount of water will vary depending on the consistency desired.
- Place the transparent lid securely on the drum.
- Switch on the grinder. The stones will begin to rotate, grinding the ingredients.
- Periodically check the consistency. Add more water gradually through the lid opening if needed.

- Add flour and water (and oil, if desired) into the drum according to your recipe.
- Place the transparent lid securely on the drum.

- Allow the machine to knead until the dough reaches the desired consistency. This typically takes a few minutes.
- Switch off the grinder and unplug it.
- Carefully remove the kneaded dough.
