- Ensure the monitor is correctly placed on your wrist and your body is relaxed.
- Press the power button (usually marked with a power symbol). The cuff will automatically inflate.

3.2 Understanding Readings and Indicators
- SYS (Systolic Pressure): The top number, indicating the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- DIA (Diastolic Pressure): The bottom number, indicating the pressure in your arteries between beats.
- PULSE: Your heart rate, measured in beats per minute.
- Hypertension Risk Indication: The display may include a color-coded bar or symbol to indicate if your reading falls within a hypertension risk category. Consult your healthcare professional for interpretation.
- Irregular Heartbeat Detection (IHB): If an irregular heartbeat is detected during the measurement, a specific symbol will appear on the display. This does not replace a cardiac examination but serves as an alert.
- Movement Detection: If excessive movement is detected during measurement, an icon may appear, indicating that the reading might be inaccurate. It is recommended to retake the measurement.
3.3 Memory Function
The monitor stores up to 90 readings. To access stored readings:
- With the device off, press the 'M' (Memory) button.
- The display will show the average of the last three readings first, then cycle through individual stored readings from most recent to oldest.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning the Monitor
To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your monitor:
- Wipe the monitor and cuff gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- If necessary, use a cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or immerse the device in water.
4.2 Battery Replacement
When the battery indicator appears on the display, replace all four AAA batteries simultaneously with new ones. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
4.3 Storage
Store the monitor in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. The recommended storage environment is -10°C to 60°C with 10-90% RH.
