The Ice-Watch Chronograph CH.KOE.BB.S.12 is a quartz movement watch featuring a multi-color dial with chronograph functionality. It is designed for durability and style, suitable for various activities.
Setup
1. Initial Inspection
Upon unboxing, inspect the watch for any visible damage. Ensure all protective films are removed from the crystal and case back.
2. Setting the Time
- Pull the crown (central knob on the right side of the watch) out to the second click position.
- Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time.
- Push the crown back in to the normal position to start the watch.
3. Setting the Date
- Pull the crown out to the first click position.
- Turn the crown clockwise to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the date change mechanism.
- Once the correct date is displayed, push the crown back in to the normal position.

Operating the Chronograph
Your Ice-Watch features a chronograph function for measuring elapsed time. The chronograph is operated using the two pushers located above and below the crown.
- Start: Press the upper pusher (A) to start the chronograph. The chronograph second hand will begin to move.
- Stop: Press the upper pusher (A) again to stop the chronograph. The elapsed time will be indicated by the chronograph hands.
- Reset: After stopping the chronograph, press the lower pusher (B) to reset all chronograph hands to their zero positions.
Note: Ensure the chronograph is stopped before attempting to reset it. Do not operate the pushers or crown while the watch is submerged in water.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
To clean your watch, wipe the case and band with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing with clean water and drying thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
2. Water Resistance
This watch is marked as 10 ATM Water Resistant on the dial, meaning it is suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and showering. However, it is crucial to ensure the crown is fully pushed in and the pushers are not operated while the watch is wet or submerged to prevent water ingress.
3. Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a product-specific battery. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump erratically (indicating a low battery), it is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician. This ensures the water resistance seal is properly maintained.

Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Check if the crown is fully pushed in. If it is, the battery may need replacement.
- Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: This may indicate a need for calibration or service. Consult a professional watch repair service.
- Date not changing: Ensure the time is set correctly, especially past midnight. If the issue persists, avoid manual adjustment between 9 PM and 3 AM.
- Water inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to a professional for inspection and drying to prevent further damage.
