Setup

Speaker Placement

For optimal sound quality, place the speakers on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate space around each speaker for proper sound dispersion and ventilation. The speakers are designed for floor placement.

Connecting the Speakers

The Fenton SHFT60B speakers are passive and require connection to an amplifier or receiver. Use the provided audio cables to connect the speakers to your audio system.

  1. Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the back of each speaker and on your amplifier/receiver.
  2. Connect the positive terminal of the speaker to the positive terminal of the amplifier.
  3. Connect the negative terminal of the speaker to the negative terminal of the amplifier.
  4. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent signal loss or short circuits.

Operating

Initial Power On

Once connected to your amplifier, turn on your amplifier and select the appropriate input source. Gradually increase the volume to a comfortable listening level.

Sound Adjustment

Adjust the bass, treble, and balance settings on your amplifier to suit your personal preference and room acoustics. The SHFT60B speakers are designed to deliver clear highs and deep bass.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the speaker cabinets, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as these may damage the finish. For the speaker grilles, gently vacuum or brush away dust.

Storage

If storing the speakers for an extended period, ensure they are kept in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
