Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
2. Slide the cover off in the direction indicated by the arrow.
3. Insert four (4) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as marked inside the compartment. Four AAA batteries are included with the remote.
4. Replace the battery compartment cover until it clicks securely into place.

Operating Instructions

Point the remote control directly at the infrared sensor on your COBY television for optimal performance.

Top Section Buttons (Primary Controls)

• PWR (Power): Turns the television on or off.
• SLEEP: Activates the sleep timer function.
• TV/VIDEO: Switches between TV and video input sources.
• DISP (Display): Shows on-screen display information.
• VOL + / VOL - (Volume): Increases or decreases the volume level.
• MUTE: Silences or restores the television audio.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the remote control, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as these may damage the remote's surface or internal components.

Battery Replacement

Replace batteries when the remote's response becomes inconsistent or stops working. Always replace all four AAA batteries at the same time with new ones. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.

Troubleshooting

• Remote not responding:
