- Place the 3-cup container onto a stable, flat surface.
- Carefully place the stainless steel chopping blade onto the center post inside the container. Ensure it sits securely.
- Add your ingredients to the container. Do not fill above the maximum fill line.
- Place the lid onto the container, aligning the tabs on the lid with the grooves on the container. Twist the lid clockwise until it locks securely into place.

Operating Instructions
- Ensure the chopper is fully assembled as described in the "Setup and Assembly" section.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Press and hold either the High or Low speed button on the motor base to begin chopping.
- Use short pulses for coarse chopping or to control consistency. For finer results, hold the button down for a longer duration.
- Do not operate the chopper continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to rest for a few minutes between cycles to prevent overheating.
- Once chopping is complete, release the speed button and unplug the appliance from the outlet.
- Carefully remove the motor base, then twist the lid counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Carefully remove the chopping blade by its plastic hub before emptying the container.
Tips for Best Results:
- Cut larger food items into 1-inch pieces before processing.
- Do not overfill the container. Process in smaller batches if necessary.
- For ingredients like herbs or garlic, add a small amount of liquid (water or oil) to help achieve a finer chop.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your food chopper, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Chopper does not turn on. | Not plugged in; Lid not properly secured; Motor base not correctly seated. | Ensure power cord is firmly plugged into an outlet. Check that the lid is locked and the motor base is correctly placed on the lid. |
| Food is not chopping evenly. | Container is overfilled; Ingredients are too large; Not enough liquid for certain items. | Reduce the amount of food. Cut larger items into smaller, uniform pieces (approx. 1-inch). Use pulse action for better control. Add a small amount of liquid if appropriate for the food type. |
| Motor sounds strained or stops. | Overloading the chopper; Food is too hard or dense; Prolonged continuous operation. | Reduce the quantity of food. Ensure ingredients are not excessively hard. Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute; allow the motor to cool. |
