Installation Instructions

- Prepare the Door: Ensure the door has a standard euro profile cylinder cutout. If replacing an existing cylinder, remove the old cylinder by unscrewing the retaining screw on the door's edge.

- Position the Cylinder: Slide the cylinder into the mortise lock until it is flush with the door's edge plate. Ensure the key is still slightly turned to keep the cam aligned.
- Secure the Cylinder: Locate the cylinder retaining screw hole on the door's edge plate. Insert the M5 x 60 mm fixing screw (provided) through this hole and tighten it into the cylinder. Do not overtighten.
- Test Operation: With the cylinder secured, remove the key. Insert a key from both the inside and outside of the door and test the locking and unlocking mechanism. The key should turn smoothly without resistance. If there is resistance, check the cylinder alignment and screw tightness.
