Setup Instructions

  1. Place Mattress Pad: Position the heated mattress pad directly on your mattress, ensuring it is spread evenly and smoothly. The built-in skirt stretches to fit mattresses with depths up to 18 inches, securing it like a fitted sheet.
  2. Position Connectors: Ensure the power cord connectors are positioned at either the head or foot of the bed, depending on the location of your electrical outlet and personal preference.
  3. Connect Controllers: Plug each digital controller into its respective connector on the mattress pad. For Queen size, there are two controllers for dual-zone heating.
  4. Plug into Power: Plug the main power cord(s) from the controllers into a 120V AC electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Using the Digital Controller

  1. Power On/Off: Press the power button on the controller to turn the mattress pad on or off. The LED screen will illuminate.
  2. Adjust Heat Setting: Use the 'Temp' buttons (up/down arrows) to select your desired heat level. There are 12 heat settings available, from low to high.
  3. Set Auto Shut-Off Timer: Use the 'Time' buttons (up/down arrows) to set the automatic shut-off timer. You can select a duration from 1 to 12 hours. The pad will automatically turn off after the selected time.
  4. Dual Zone Control: For Queen and King sizes, two separate controllers allow independent heat and timer settings for each side of the bed.

Washing Instructions

  1. Detach Controllers: Always detach the controllers from the mattress pad before washing.
  2. Pre-soak (Optional): If desired, pre-soak the mattress pad for 5-10 minutes in cold water with a small amount of mild detergent.
  3. Machine Wash: Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle in cold water (maximum 86°F / 30°C). Use a small amount of all-purpose detergent. Do not bleach.
  4. Rinse: Rinse on a normal cycle.
  5. Spin Dry: Spin dry on a slow speed to remove excess water.
  6. Tumble Dry: Tumble dry on a low heat setting for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove while still damp and gently stretch to original size.
  7. Air Dry: Drape the mattress pad over a clothesline or shower rod to air dry completely. Ensure it is fully dry before reconnecting the controllers or storing.
  8. Do Not Iron or Dry Clean: Do not iron the mattress pad. Do not dry clean, as dry cleaning solvents may damage the wiring.
