4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Clean Tanks: Wash the top tank, bottom tank, and middle partition with clean water. Do not use soap or detergents.
  3. Assemble Filters: Insert the UF membrane cartridge and nano-silver carbon filter into their designated slots in the middle partition according to the markings. Ensure they are securely fitted.
  4. Attach Faucet: Securely attach the faucet to the bottom tank. Ensure all washers and nuts are tightened to prevent leaks.
  5. Stack Components: Place the bottom stand on a stable, flat surface. Position the bottom tank on the stand. Place the middle partition onto the bottom tank, ensuring it sits correctly. Finally, place the top tank onto the middle partition.
  6. Initial Flushing: Before first use, fill the top tank with water. Allow the water to filter through and collect in the bottom tank. Dispense and discard the first 5-10 liters of purified water to flush out any manufacturing residues and activate the filters.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Filling the Top Tank: Open the lid of the top tank and pour unfiltered water into it. Do not overfill beyond the indicated maximum level.
  2. Purification Process: The water will slowly pass through the UF membrane and nano-silver carbon filter in the middle partition, collecting as purified water in the bottom tank. This is a gravity-based process and takes time.
  3. Dispensing Water: To get purified water, open the faucet on the bottom tank. Close the faucet after use.
  4. Continuous Operation: For continuous supply, ensure there is always water in the top tank. However, avoid filling the top tank if the bottom tank is already full to prevent overflow.
