1. Introduction

The Monopoly Millionaire Deal Card Game is a fast-paced card game designed for 2 to 5 players, ages 8 and up. The objective is to be the first player to accumulate M1 Million (1 million Monopoly dollars) in your bank pile. This game offers a quick and engaging experience, combining strategy with the classic Monopoly theme.

2. Setup

1. Unpack Contents: Carefully remove all 110 cards from the packaging. This includes Property cards, Action cards, Money cards, and Quick Start cards.
2. Prepare Quick Start Cards: Remove the 4 Quick Start cards from the deck. Deal one Quick Start card to each player.
3. Initial Deal: Shuffle the remaining cards thoroughly. Deal 5 cards face-down to each player. Players should keep their own cards secret from other players.
4. Create Draw Pile: Place the rest of the shuffled cards face-down in the middle of the playing area. This forms the Draw Pile.
5. Establish Play Pile: Designate an area next to the Draw Pile for the Play Pile, where action cards or discarded cards will be placed.

3. How to Play

3.1 Game Objective

The first player to collect M1 Million in their bank pile wins the game. Your bank pile consists of Money cards and Property cards that have been banked.

3.2 Your Turn

On your turn, follow these steps:

1. Pick Up Cards: Draw 2 cards from the Draw Pile.
2. Play Cards: Play up to 3 cards onto the table in front of you. You can play any combination of Money, Action, and Property cards in any order. You are not required to play any cards if you choose not to.
3. Check Hand Size: Before the next player's turn, check how many cards you have left in your hand. If you have more than 7 cards, discard any extras to the Play Pile until you have 7 cards. If you have 0 cards, at the start of your next turn, pick up 5 cards instead of 2. If you have 1-7 cards, your hand size is perfect.
4. End Turn: Your turn is over. The player to your left goes next.

3.3 Card Types and Essentials

• Money Cards: These cards represent cash and are placed in your bank pile. Your bank pile is your chance to win. Money cards cannot be stolen directly from your bank pile by Action cards.
• Property Cards: These cards are used to build up property sets to increase the amount of rent other players must pay you. Property cards do not count towards your cash total unless banked.
• Property Wild Cards: These cards can be used as any property of any color. Multi-colored wild cards can be any property of any color except for the colors shown on the card.
• Action Cards: These cards allow you to perform special actions, such as stealing property, charging rent, or canceling other players' actions. Some important Action cards include:
  • Steal a Property: Steal a property from any other player.
  • Forced Deal: Swap another player's property with one from your collection.
  • Deal Breaker: Steal a complete set of properties from any player.
  • Just Say No!: Use this card at any time to block an Action card played by another player.
