1. Important Safety Information
Please read and understand all instructions and safety warnings before assembly and use of this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in product damage, personal injury, or property damage.
- Do not use this tent in windy or severe weather conditions. Strong winds can cause the tent to collapse, leading to serious injury or damage.
- Be aware of potential hazards during assembly and disassembly. Ensure adequate space and clear the area of obstructions.
- Regularly check the tightness of all screws and bolts to ensure the tent remains stable and secure.
- This tent is not water resistant. It provides shade and light rain protection but is not designed for heavy rain or prolonged exposure to moisture.
- Ensure proper anchoring using all provided ground stakes and wind ropes.
2. Components List
Before beginning assembly, verify that all parts listed below are present and undamaged. Refer to the included parts diagram for visual identification.

3. Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically requires multiple people for ease and safety. Follow the steps below carefully.
- Prepare the Area: Choose a flat, level surface free from obstructions. Ensure sufficient space for the tent's dimensions (267.75" L x 197.75" W x 141.75" H).
- Assemble the Top Frame: Connect the roof poles and connectors according to the diagram. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach the Canopy: Carefully drape the PA-coated polyester canopy over the assembled top frame. Ensure it is correctly oriented.
- Install Legs: With assistance, lift the frame and attach the leg poles to the top frame. Secure them firmly.
- Attach Sidewalls: Secure the sidewalls to the frame using the integrated securing rubber bands and other fasteners. The tent features cathedral-style windows and two zippered doors for easy access.
- Secure the Tent: Use the provided 8 spiral ground stakes and 16 large size ground stakes to anchor the tent firmly to the ground. Attach and tension the 8 wind ropes for additional stability.

4. Operating Instructions
The Outsunny Party Tent is designed for temporary outdoor use for events and gatherings.
- Access: Utilize the two zippered doors for entry and exit. These can be rolled up and secured to allow for open access and increased airflow.
- Light and View: The cathedral-style windows allow natural light into the tent and provide unobstructed views of the surroundings.
- UV Protection: The PA-coated polyester canopy offers Level 4 UV resistance, providing shade and protection from the sun during events.
- Ventilation: For optimal airflow, consider rolling up the sidewalls or opening the zippered doors.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life of your Outsunny Party Tent.
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow all fabric components to dry completely before storage to prevent mold and mildew.
- Frame Inspection: Periodically inspect the steel frame for any signs of rust, bending, or damage. Address any issues promptly.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the tent and store all components in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Drainage Holes: The tent features 16 plastic drainage holes to prevent water accumulation on the roof. Ensure these remain clear of debris.

6. Troubleshooting
Common issues and their potential solutions.
- Tent Instability: Ensure all ground stakes are fully inserted and wind ropes are properly tensioned and secured. Verify that the frame connections are tight. Do not use in high winds.
- Water Accumulation on Roof: Check if the canopy is properly tensioned and that the drainage holes are not blocked.
- Missing or Damaged Parts: If any parts are missing or damaged upon arrival, contact Outsunny customer support for assistance.
- Difficulty with Assembly: Ensure you have at least 3-4 people for assembly, as recommended. Refer to the assembly diagrams and instructions carefully.
