If you experience issues with your phone system, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| No dial tone | Ensure the base unit's power adapter and telephone line cord are securely connected. Check if the telephone wall jack is active. |
| Poor sound quality / Static | Move the handset closer to the base unit. Ensure no large metal objects or other electronic devices are interfering with the signal. Check for loose connections. |
| Cannot make or receive calls | Verify the phone line is active. Ensure the handset batteries are charged. If using a VoIP service, some users have reported compatibility issues; consult your VoIP provider. |
| Handset display is blank | Place the handset on the charger to ensure batteries are charged. If the problem persists, try replacing the rechargeable batteries. |
| Cannot enter options during automated calls (DTMF tones) | Ensure you are pressing the keys firmly. If the issue persists, it may be a compatibility issue with certain automated systems. |
