Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the integrated USB cable to the 'Charge/AUX In' port on the speaker and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The charging indicator light will illuminate, typically blue, and turn off when fully charged.

Connecting to an Audio Device

The AYL Mini Speaker System connects via a 3.5mm auxiliary cable.

1. Ensure the speaker is charged.
2. Locate the integrated 3.5mm audio cable attached to the speaker.
3. Plug the 3.5mm audio jack into the headphone or audio output port of your device (e.g., laptop, MP3 player, smartphone, tablet).
4. Slide the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
5. Adjust the volume using the volume control wheel on the speaker and/or your connected device.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Slide the ON/OFF switch located on the side of the speaker to turn the device on or off. A blue indicator light will show when the speaker is active.

Volume Control

Adjust the audio output level using the 'VOL-' and 'VOL+' scroll wheel on the speaker. Further volume adjustments can be made directly on your connected audio device.

Expandable Bass Design

For enhanced bass and fuller sound, gently twist the top section of the speaker counter-clockwise to expand it. To return to its compact form, push the top section down and twist clockwise until it locks securely.

Multi-Speaker Linking (Daisy Chain)

The AYL Mini Speaker System supports daisy-chaining multiple speakers for a more immersive audio experience.

1. Connect the first speaker to your audio device as described in the 'Connecting to an Audio Device' section.
2. Take a second AYL Mini Speaker. Locate its integrated 3.5mm audio cable.
3. Plug the 3.5mm audio jack of the second speaker into the 'Charge/AUX In' port of the first speaker.
4. Repeat this process for additional speakers.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your speaker:

• Keep Dry: Do not expose the speaker to moisture, rain, or liquids.
• Cleaning: Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in the included soft velvet pouch to protect it from dust and scratches.
• Handle with Care: Avoid dropping the speaker or subjecting it to strong impacts, as this can damage internal components.

Troubleshooting

No Sound Output

• Ensure the speaker is powered on and has sufficient battery charge.
• Verify that the 3.5mm audio cable is securely connected to both the speaker's 'Charge/AUX In' port and your audio device's headphone/audio output port.
• Check the volume levels on both the speaker (using the scroll wheel) and your connected audio device.
• Test the speaker with a different audio device to determine if the issue is with the speaker or the original device.

Distorted Sound

• Lower the volume on both the speaker and your audio device. Excessive volume can cause distortion.
• Ensure the audio cable is fully inserted and not damaged. A loose connection can cause poor sound quality.
• Try playing different audio content to see if the distortion persists.

Speaker Not Charging

• Ensure the USB charging cable is correctly connected to the 'Charge/AUX In' port and a working USB power source.
• Try a different USB cable or power source to rule out a faulty component.
• Check the charging indicator light; it should illuminate when charging.
