The dwelling internal air discharge grille is typically installed at a high level in a central location within the hallway. Discharging air down the length of the hallway, away from the front door, is also an acceptable method.

4. Operating Principle
The Flatmaster unit operates on the Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) principle. Clean fresh air is continuously drawn in from outside through a grille. This air is then passed through the Flatmaster unit, where it is filtered before being gently fed into a central location within the apartment or flat. This process pressurizes the indoor environment from the inside out, effectively driving out moisture and condensation, and replacing stale air with fresh, filtered air.
