4. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Attach Aluminum Rod: Insert the adjustable aluminum rod into the designated opening on the top of the steamer base. Secure it by tightening the screw or clamp mechanism.
3. Install Garment Hanger: Place the garment hanger hook onto the top of the aluminum rod.
4. Connect Steam Hose: Screw the flexible steam hose securely into the brass fitting on the steamer base. Use the provided wrench to ensure a tight, leak-free connection.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Plug the steamer into a standard 120V electrical outlet. Flip the power switch located on the base of the unit to the "ON" position. The steamer will begin to heat up, typically ready to produce steam in about 1 minute.
2. Prepare Garment: Hang the garment you wish to steam on the hanger hook. Gently pull the fabric taut with one hand.
3. Steam Application: Hold the plastic steam head a few inches away from the fabric. Move the steam head in a downward motion, allowing the steam to relax the fibers and remove wrinkles. For stubborn wrinkles, you may gently press the steam head against the fabric.
4. Steaming Delicate Fabrics: For very delicate fabrics like silk or certain synthetics, maintain a slightly greater distance between the steam head and the fabric to avoid potential damage or water marks.
5. Steaming Sleeves and Collars: For sleeves, you can insert the steam head inside the sleeve and steam from the inside out. For collars, gently steam along the edges.
6. Power Off: Once steaming is complete, flip the power switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the unit. Allow the steamer to cool down completely before storing.
