3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Timekeeping

Your Timex Weekender watch displays time in a standard 12-hour format with additional 24-hour markings for military time reference. The watch operates continuously once the crown is pushed in.

3.2 Water Resistance

This watch is water-resistant to 30 meters (99 feet). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes, rain, or brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving.

Important: Do not operate the crown or press any buttons while the watch is wet or submerged, as this can compromise its water resistance.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning Your Watch

  • Watch Case: Wipe the watch case with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Nylon Strap: The nylon strap can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Gently scrub with a soft brush (like an old toothbrush) if needed, then rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before reattaching to the watch.

4.2 Battery Replacement

The watch is powered by 1 Lithium Metal battery (included). When the watch stops or the Indiglo light dims significantly, it's time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and maintain water resistance.
