Important Safety Information

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Once plugged in, press the power button on the digital LED controller to turn the unit on.
- Select Heat Setting: The controller features 4 customizable heat settings: Warm, Low, Medium, and High. Press the heat setting button repeatedly to cycle through the desired intensity level. The corresponding LED indicator will illuminate.
- Moist Heat Option: For moist heat therapy, lightly dampen the included sponge and place it inside the pad's cover before use. Do not spray water directly onto the heating pad itself.
- Automatic Shut-off: The heating pad is equipped with a 2-hour auto-shutoff feature for safety and peace of mind. The unit will automatically turn off after approximately two hours of continuous use.
- Power Off: To turn off the heating pad manually, press the power button until all heat indicators are off, or simply unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
