1. Introduction

2. Setup

2.1. SIM Card Installation

The Motorola Razr 2019 XT2000-1 utilizes an eSIM (embedded SIM). Physical SIM card installation is not required. To activate cellular service, contact your carrier (e.g., Verizon) to provision the eSIM with your account details.

2.2. Initial Power On/Off

To power on the device, press and hold the power button located on the side until the Motorola logo appears. To power off, press and hold the power button, then select 'Power off' from the options displayed on the screen.

2.3. Charging the Device

  • External Display (Quick View): A 2.7-inch gOLED display (600 x 800p, 4:3 aspect ratio) located on the exterior when the device is folded. This display allows for quick access to notifications, time, and basic controls without opening the phone.

3.2. Operating System

The device runs on Android 9.0. Familiarize yourself with the Android interface for navigation, app management, and settings adjustments.

3.3. Camera Functions

The Motorola Razr 2019 XT2000-1 features a 16 MP AI-enabled smart camera capable of capturing 4K video. It functions as both a rear and front camera depending on the device's state (folded or unfolded). Utilize the camera application to access various modes and settings.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1. Device Not Powering On
