Setup (Installation)
This shower door pull is designed for back-to-back installation through pre-drilled holes in a glass shower door. If your door does not have pre-drilled holes, professional assistance for drilling is strongly recommended.
- Prepare the Door: Ensure the shower door is clean and dry. Identify the pre-drilled holes where the pull will be installed.
- Insert Gaskets: Place one gasket/washer on each side of the glass door, aligning them with the pre-drilled holes. These protect the glass from direct contact with the metal hardware.
- Position Mounting Posts: Insert the threaded end of one mounting post through the gasket and the hole from one side of the glass.
- Attach First Pull Handle: Take one of the pull handles. Align its base with the exposed threaded end of the mounting post on one side of the door. Carefully thread the pull handle onto the mounting post. Hand-tighten initially.
- Attach Second Pull Handle: On the opposite side of the door, align the second pull handle with the other end of the mounting post. Thread this pull handle onto the post.
- Secure the Pulls: Once both handles are threaded onto the mounting post, gently tighten them using a Phillips head screwdriver. Tighten until snug, but do not overtighten. Overtightening can crack the glass. The handles should be firm and not rotate freely.
- Final Check: Verify that the pull handle is securely mounted and does not wobble. Test the shower door's operation.

Operating (Usage)
The Jaclo H21-BB-32-PB shower door pull is designed for simple and reliable operation. To open or close your shower door, grasp either of the pull handles and apply gentle, even pressure in the desired direction. Avoid excessive force or sudden movements to prevent undue stress on the door and hardware.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and appearance of your shower door pull.
- Cleaning: Clean the polished brass finish regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly.
- Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, ammonia-based products, or cleaners containing bleach, acids, or alcohol, as these can damage the finish.
- Periodic Check: Periodically check the tightness of the mounting screws. If the handle feels loose, gently tighten the screws with a Phillips head screwdriver, being careful not to overtighten.
