Setup and Preparation
1. Unpacking and Battery Installation
Carefully remove the blood pressure monitor from its packaging. The device requires 2 AA batteries (included). Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

2. Setting Date and Time (Initial Setup)
Upon first use or after battery replacement, the device may prompt you to set the date and time. Refer to the detailed instructions in the full manual for specific button presses to navigate and set these parameters. Accurate date and time ensure proper record-keeping for your measurements.
Operating Instructions
1. Applying the Wrist Cuff
- Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your arm supported.
- Place the monitor on the inside of your left wrist, approximately 1/2 inch (1-2 cm) from your hand. The display should be facing upwards.
- Tighten the cuff snugly around your wrist. It should be firm but not uncomfortably tight.

2. Positioning for Measurement
Raise your wrist so that the monitor is at the same level as your heart. This is crucial for accurate readings. Keep your body still and relaxed. Avoid talking or moving during the measurement process.

3. Taking a Measurement
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will begin to inflate automatically.
- Remain still and quiet until the measurement is complete. The monitor will deflate and display your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.
- If the talking function is enabled, the results will be audibly announced.

Memory and User Profiles
The SureLife Premium Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor supports two individual user profiles, each capable of storing up to 120 readings. There is also a guest mode for single measurements that are not saved to memory.
Switching Users
To switch between User 1, User 2, or Guest mode, press the user selection button (often indicated by a person icon) before taking a measurement. The display will show the active user profile.
Viewing Stored Readings
Press the memory button (often indicated by a document or 'M' icon) to cycle through previously stored readings for the selected user. Readings are typically displayed with the most recent first.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then wipe dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
