3. Setup & Battery Installation
The Zadro LED Compact Travel Mirror requires 3 AAA batteries for operation. Please follow these steps for installation:
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the mirror's base.
- Gently twist the battery cover counter-clockwise to open it.
- Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery cover and twist clockwise to secure it.
To open the mirror for use:
- On the back of your Dual LED Lighted Travel Mirror, grab the notch and pull the top portion with the hinge upward and away from the bottom.
- Lay the mirror base on a flat surface.
- Holding the base with one hand, extend the top part of the mirror upward along its neck and flip open the mirror cover.

Once batteries are installed and the mirror is open, you can begin using it:
- Power On/Off: Locate the power switch on the side of the mirror's base. Slide the switch to the "ON" position to activate the LED lights. Slide it to "OFF" when not in use to conserve battery life.
- Magnification Selection: The mirror features two distinct surfaces. The upper mirror provides 10X magnification for detailed work, while the lower mirror offers 1X magnification for a standard, true-to-life reflection.
