Installation Instructions
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have all necessary tools: adjustable wrench, pipe sealant/Teflon tape, level, drill, measuring tape, screwdriver.
- Turn off the main water supply to your home.
- Clear the installation area and protect surfaces from damage.
Mounting the Mixer
- Prepare Wall Connections: Ensure the hot and cold water supply lines are correctly positioned and spaced according to the mixer's dimensions (refer to Figure 2). The standard distance between centers is typically 150mm (5 7/8 inches).
- Install Eccentric Connectors: Apply pipe sealant or Teflon tape to the threaded ends of the eccentric connectors. Screw them into the wall water supply outlets. Adjust them until the correct spacing and depth are achieved, ensuring they are level.
- Attach Rosettes/Escutcheons: Slide the decorative rosettes over the eccentric connectors, flush against the wall.
- Mount Mixer Body: Place the gaskets onto the eccentric connectors. Carefully align the mixer body with the connectors and tighten the nuts using an adjustable wrench. Do not overtighten.
- Install Hand Shower Holder: Choose a suitable location on the wall for the hand shower holder, ensuring it is within easy reach. Mark and drill holes, insert anchors, and secure the holder with screws.
- Connect Hand Shower: Attach the hand shower hose to the outlet on the mixer body and to the hand shower. Ensure all connections are hand-tightened, then use a wrench for a final snug fit, being careful not to damage the finish.
- Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for leaks. If leaks are detected, turn off the water and re-tighten the connections.

Operating Your Bath Mixer
Water Flow and Temperature Control
- The mixer features three handles. Typically, one handle controls the hot water flow, another controls the cold water flow, and the central handle may control the diverter or overall flow.
- Turn the hot and cold handles to adjust the desired water temperature and flow rate from the spout.
Hand Shower Function
- To divert water from the bath spout to the hand shower, operate the central diverter handle or button, if present.
- Ensure the hand shower is securely placed in its holder when not in use.
Care and Maintenance
Cleaning
- Clean the mixer regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap or a non-abrasive liquid cleaner specifically designed for bathroom fixtures.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, ammonia-based products, or cleaners containing alcohol, acids, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water after cleaning and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
Descaling
If mineral deposits (limescale) accumulate, especially on the showerhead nozzles, gently rub them with your finger or a soft brush. For stubborn deposits, use a descaling solution specifically formulated for bathroom fixtures, following the product's instructions carefully. Ensure the solution does not remain on the mixer's finish for extended periods.
