The ARM602-4 is a compact digital torque adapter designed to convert any standard ratchet into a precision digital torque wrench. It features a clear LCD display, intuitive controls, and an audible buzzer for accurate torque application.
Safety Information

Setup
Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the adapter.

Initial Power On

Unit Selection
With the device powered on, press the "C/S" button to cycle through available measurement units: N-m (Newton-meters), kg-cm (kilogram-centimeters), in-lbs (inch-pounds), and ft-lbs (foot-pounds).
Mode Selection
The adapter supports two primary operating modes:
- Trace Mode: Displays real-time torque values as force is applied.
- Peak Mode: Captures and displays the maximum torque value achieved during an application.
To switch between modes, refer to the device's on-screen prompts or consult the quick start guide included with your product.
Setting Target Torque
In the appropriate mode, use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons to set your desired target torque value. The display will show the set value.

- Attach the ARM602-4 adapter to your 1/2" drive ratchet.
- Connect the adapter to the fastener you wish to torque.
- Apply steady, smooth force. The LCD will display the real-time torque value.
- As you approach the set target torque, the device will emit an audible beep. The beeping will become continuous and the LED will flash when the target torque is reached.
- Stop applying force once the target torque is confirmed.
Note: The device operates in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no liquids enter the device.
Storage
When not in use, store the digital torque adapter in its original hard shell case in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
Calibration
