Operating Instructions

The Benchmark 71000 Snowbank Snowcone Machine is designed for simple operation. Follow these steps for optimal performance:

  1. Prepare Ice: Use cube or chunk ice. Do not use crushed or finely shaved ice as it can jam the machine. Ensure ice pieces are not excessively large to fit into the horn assembly.
  2. Open Pusher Assembly: Lift the handle to open the pusher assembly and access the ice horn.
  3. Load Ice: Fill the horn assembly with ice. Do not overfill. Close the pusher assembly securely.
  4. Activate Machine: With the pusher assembly closed, push and hold the POWER switch to activate the cutting head.
