Setup

Setting the Digital Time and Date

1. In the Timekeeping Mode, press and hold the ADJUST button (usually top-left) until the seconds start to flash, indicating the setting screen.
2. Press the MODE button (usually bottom-left) to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hour → Minutes → Year → Month → Day.
