Operating Instructions

General Blending (Smoothies, Sauces, Purees)

  1. Add Ingredients: Fill a blending cup with your desired ingredients. Do not overfill; ensure ingredients do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  2. Attach Blade: Screw the appropriate blade assembly (Cross Blade for blending, Flat Blade for grinding) onto the open end of the cup until securely tightened.
  3. Place on Base: Invert the cup and blade assembly, then place it onto the blender base. Align the tabs on the cup with the slots on the base.
  4. Activate: Press down on the cup to activate the blender. The blender operates with a single speed. For continuous blending, twist the cup clockwise until it locks into place. For pulse blending, press down and release.
  5. Monitor: Blend until desired consistency is achieved. Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute to prevent overheating. If the motor stops, unplug and let it cool for 15 minutes before resuming.
  6. Remove: Once blending is complete, release pressure or twist counter-clockwise to unlock the cup. Lift the cup and blade assembly from the base.
  7. Serve: Unscrew the blade assembly from the cup. You can attach a storage lid or shaker/steamer top for convenience.

  • Blending: Ideal for salsa, sauces, salad dressings, pudding, milkshakes, malts, smoothies, protein drinks.
  • Chopping: Can chop cooked meats, vegetables, and fruits.
  • Grinding: Suitable for coffee beans, spices, and hard cheese using the Flat Blade. Grind in short bursts to avoid overheating.

  2. Blender Base: Wipe the blender base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
  3. Cups and Lids: Wash cups and lids in warm, soapy water. They are BPA-free. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Blade Assemblies: Carefully wash the blade assemblies in warm, soapy water. The blades are sharp; handle with extreme caution. Use a brush to clean around the blades if necessary. Rinse thoroughly.
