Connecting Devices
Ensure the television and all external devices are powered off and unplugged from the wall outlet before making any connections.
Antenna/Cable Connection
Connect an antenna or cable TV coaxial cable to the "ANT/CABLE IN" port on the back of the TV. This connection is used for receiving over-the-air broadcasts or standard cable signals.
HDMI Devices
Connect up to three HDMI-enabled devices (e.g., Blu-ray player, game console, set-top box) to the HDMI 1, HDMI 2, or HDMI 3 ports on the TV. HDMI provides both high-definition video and audio signals through a single cable.
PC Connection
To use the TV as a computer monitor, connect a VGA cable from your computer's video output to the "PC IN" port on the TV. Additionally, connect an audio cable from your computer's audio output to the "PC AUDIO IN" port for sound.
Power Connection
After all other connections are made, plug the TV's power cord into a standard wall outlet. The TV is now ready for initial power-on.

Care and Maintenance
Cleaning the Screen
Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks or fingerprints, dampen the cloth with a small amount of water or a specialized screen cleaner. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the screen.
Cleaning the Cabinet
Wipe the TV cabinet with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish.
Ventilation
Ensure the ventilation openings on the back of the TV are not blocked by curtains, furniture, or other objects. Proper airflow is essential to prevent overheating and ensure long-term performance.
Troubleshooting Guide
Before contacting customer support, please refer to the following common issues and their solutions:
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| No Power | Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and a working wall outlet. Try plugging another device into the same outlet to confirm it has power. |
| No Picture, but Sound is Present | Ensure the correct input source is selected (e.g., HDMI 1, TV). Check all video cable connections (HDMI, VGA, Antenna) to ensure they are securely attached. |
| No Sound, but Picture is Present | Check the volume level and ensure the TV is not muted. Verify audio cable connections for external devices (e.g., PC audio in). |
| Remote Control Not Working | Replace the batteries in the remote control with new ones. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's infrared (IR) sensor. |
| Poor Picture Quality | Check the antenna/cable connection for signal strength. Adjust picture settings (brightness, contrast, sharpness) in the TV menu. For external devices, check their output resolution settings. |
