1. Cutting Wire

  2. Insert the prepared wire into the modular plug, ensuring each conductor is in its correct pin position.
  3. Open the crimper handles and carefully insert the loaded modular plug into the 4P4C crimping die. Ensure the plug is seated correctly and flush with the die.
  4. Squeeze the handles firmly and completely until the crimping cycle is finished. The tool will typically release when the crimp is complete.
