Setup and Installation
Follow these steps carefully for a secure installation. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps.
1. Prepare the TV
- Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV. This mount supports VESA 75x75mm and 100x100mm patterns.
- Attach the TV mounting plate to the back of your TV using the appropriate screws and washers from the hardware kit. Ensure the screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten.
2. Select Wall Location
- Choose a location on the wall that is structurally sound and can support the weight of the TV and mount.
- Use a stud finder to locate wood studs if mounting to drywall. For concrete or brick walls, use appropriate anchors (not always included, may need to be purchased separately).
- Mark the desired height and horizontal position for the wall plate. Use a level to ensure the marks are perfectly horizontal.
3. Mount the Wall Plate
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. The size of the drill bit will depend on your wall type and the screws/anchors being used.
- Attach the wall plate assembly to the wall using the provided wall mounting screws. Ensure all screws are fully tightened and the mount is secure.
4. Attach TV to Wall Mount
- With assistance, carefully lift the TV (with the TV mounting plate attached) and align it with the wall mount arm.
- Hook the TV mounting plate onto the arm of the wall mount. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Secure the TV to the mount using any safety screws or locking mechanisms provided.

Operating Instructions
Once installed, your Meliconi Space System LCD 25 mount allows for flexible TV positioning.
- Horizontal Rotation: The mount allows for a horizontal rotation of ±30 degrees. Gently push or pull the TV to achieve your desired viewing angle.
- Vertical Tilt: The mount offers a vertical tilt range of -5 degrees (downward) to +15 degrees (upward). Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs (if present), adjust the TV to the desired angle, and then re-tighten the knobs to secure the position.
CAUTION: Always support the TV when making adjustments to prevent accidental drops or damage.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Inspection: Periodically (e.g., every 6 months) inspect all mounting points and connections to ensure they are still secure. Re-tighten any loose screws.
- Lubrication: The moving parts of the mount are designed for smooth operation and generally do not require lubrication. If movement becomes stiff, consult customer support.
Troubleshooting
- TV is not level: Ensure the wall plate was installed level. If not, you may need to adjust its position. Some mounts have fine-tuning adjustments; refer to specific diagrams if available.
- Mount feels loose: Immediately remove the TV and re-check all wall mounting screws and TV attachment screws. Ensure they are tightened to the recommended torque. If the wall material is compromised, consult a professional.
- Difficulty adjusting TV: Check for any locking mechanisms that might be engaged. Ensure no cables are snagged or preventing movement. Do not force adjustments.
