  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove the battery and store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid Moisture and Dust: While the camera has some water resistance, avoid exposing it to excessive moisture, sand, or dust, which can damage internal components.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your camera, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

  • Camera does not power on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Check if the lens barrier is fully open.
  • Images are blurry: Check focus settings. Ensure lenses are clean. Use a tripod in low light or for slow shutter speeds.
  • 3D effect is not clear or has crosstalk: Ensure proper lighting and subject distance. Adjust parallax during playback if needed. Keep lenses clean.
  • Memory card error: Ensure the memory card is inserted correctly and is not full or corrupted. Try formatting the card (this will erase all data).
  • Battery drains quickly: Reduce LCD brightness, limit video recording, and turn off the camera when not in use. Ensure battery is not old or damaged.
  • Cannot connect to computer/TV: Check cable connections. Ensure correct input is selected on TV. Install necessary drivers or software on computer.
