Top Panel Controls:

• Power Button: Turns the unit on/off.

Setup

1. Power Connection

1. Insert the small plug of the AC power adapter into the DC IN jack on the rear of the K-200.
2. Plug the other end of the AC power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
3. The unit will power on automatically or enter standby mode.

2. Antenna Connection

1. For optimal FM reception, connect the supplied FM wire antenna to the FM ANTENNA jack on the rear panel.
2. Extend the wire antenna fully and position it for the best reception.
3. For AM reception, the K-200 uses a built-in ferrite bar antenna. Rotate the unit for best AM reception.

3. Setting the Clock

1. In standby mode, press and hold the TIME SET button (or similar button, usually combined with Alarm Set).
2. The hour digits will flash. Use the Tuning Up/Down buttons to adjust the hour. Press TIME SET again to confirm.
3. The minute digits will flash. Use the Tuning Up/Down buttons to adjust the minutes. Press TIME SET again to confirm.
4. The clock is now set.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Volume Control

• Press the Power button to turn the unit on or off.
• Use the Volume Up/Down buttons to adjust the listening volume.

2. Radio Operation (FM/AM)

1. Press the Mode button to select either FM or AM band.
2. Auto Tuning: Press and hold the Tuning Up/Down buttons for a few seconds to automatically scan for the next available station.
3. Manual Tuning: Briefly press the Tuning Up/Down buttons to adjust the frequency step by step.
4. RDS/RBDS Information: When tuned to an FM station broadcasting RDS/RBDS data, the display may show station name, song title, and artist information.

3. Setting and Recalling Presets

The K-200 allows you to store up to 10 stations (5 FM and 5 AM) as presets.

1. To Store a Preset:
   • Tune to the desired station.
   • Press and hold one of the Preset Buttons (1-5) until the display confirms the station has been saved.
2. To Recall a Preset:
   • Briefly press the desired Preset Button (1-5) to instantly tune to the saved station.

4. AUX-in Mode

Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the K-200.

1. Connect a 3.5mm audio cable from your external device's headphone jack to the AUX IN jack on the rear of the K-200.
2. Press the Mode button until "AUX" or "LINE IN" appears on the display.
3. Play audio from your external device. Adjust volume using both the K-200's volume controls and your external device's volume.

5. Alarm Function

Set one or more alarms to wake up to your favorite radio station or a buzzer.

1. Press and hold the Alarm Set button.
2. Use the Tuning Up/Down buttons to set the alarm hour, then press Alarm Set to confirm.
3. Repeat for minutes.
4. Select alarm source (Buzzer or FM/AM radio) and volume using the Tuning Up/Down buttons, then press Alarm Set to confirm.
5. To activate/deactivate the alarm, briefly press the Alarm Set button in standby mode. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.

6. Mood Light

The K-200 features a mood light with eight brightness settings.

• Press the Mood Light button repeatedly to cycle through the different brightness levels or turn the light off.

7. Voice Memo

Record up to two 30-second voice messages.

1. To Record: Press and hold the Record button (often labeled with a microphone icon) and speak into the built-in microphone. Release the button to stop recording.
2. To Play: Briefly press the Play button (often labeled with a play icon) to listen to your recorded message.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, disconnect it from the power outlet.
