Using the Touchscreen

The intuitive touchscreen interface allows you to navigate through menus, access various applications, manage call features, and customize settings. Tap icons and swipe to interact with the display.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the phone's display and casing, use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the device's surfaces.

Software Updates

Regularly check with your IT administrator or service provider for available software updates. Installing updates ensures your phone operates with the latest features, performance enhancements, and security patches.

Troubleshooting

No Power

  • Issue: The phone does not turn on.
  • Solution: Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected (if using PoE) or that the power adapter (if used) is correctly plugged into both the phone and a functional power outlet. Verify the power source is active.

No Network Connection

  • Issue: The phone displays a network error message or cannot register with the network.
  • Solution: Check the physical Ethernet cable connection to ensure it is secure. Confirm that your local network is operational. If the problem persists, contact your network administrator for further assistance.

Poor Call Quality

  • Issue: Audio or video quality is poor during calls (e.g., choppy audio, pixelated video).
  • Solution: Verify your network connection speed and stability. Ensure there are no other devices consuming excessive bandwidth. If the issue continues, contact your internet service provider or VoIP service provider.
