2. Set Timer: Use the yellow button to cycle through timer options: 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. The pad will automatically shut off after the selected time.
3. Adjust Temperature: Use the blue button to select your desired temperature: 113°F, 130°F, 150°F, or 166°F.
4. Application: Place the pad directly on the affected area. The pad heats up slowly to a very hot level and cools down slowly, providing consistent therapeutic heat.
