Introduction

Thank you for purchasing PureRelief XL. Pure Enrichment designed this king size heating pad to provide soothing heat therapy to large muscle groups in your back, legs, arms, and more.

Using PureRelief XL

Attach the Pad Connector to the Control Connector. Push both parts together securely to ensure a tight fit.

NOTE: The Control Connector must be connected to the Pad Connector before plugging the unit into an electrical outlet.

1. After connecting the Pad Connector to the Control Connector, plug the unit into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
2. To turn PureRelief XL on, press the power button. Use the Heat and Heat buttons to select the desired heat setting:
• 1=Warm (~105°F)
• 2=Low (~112°F)
• 3=Medium Low (~119°F)
• 4=Medium (~126°F)
• 5=Medium High (~133°F)
• 6=High (~140°F)
3. To turn PureRelief XL off, press the power button one more time.

NOTE: If the unit does not turn on when you press the power button, make sure the Control Connector is securely plugged into the Pad Connector.

Auto-Off Feature

To conserve energy and prevent skin burns caused by excessive use, PureRelief XL includes an auto-off feature. The unit will turn off automatically after two hours of continuous use. You can turn this feature off by pressing the Auto Off button until the Stay On indicator light turns red. The unit will not turn off automatically after two hours of continuous use when the Stay On light is red.

NOTE: After a power outage, PureRelief XL automatically resets the timer on the auto-off feature.

Using Moist Heat Therapy

In some cases, you may find that moist heat therapy provides more comfort and tension relief. When using moist heat therapy, you should protect furniture and clothing from becoming damp.

1. Dampen one side of Pure Relief XL with water by patting the surface with a wet sponge or cloth or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist. Do not thoroughly soak PureRelief XL.
2. Do not spray or dampen the connector.

DANGER: Do not immerse any part of PureRelief XL in water or place under running water when plugged in. Doing so can damage PureRelief XL and cause serious personal injury.

NOTE: The Pad Connector and the Control Connector must be completely dry before establishing an electrical connection.

Washing Instructions

DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!

1. Disconnect Pure Relief XL from the electrical outlet.
2. Detach the Pad Connector from the Control Connector.
3. Machine wash PureRelief XL in cold water on the gentle cycle, or hand wash. Line dry or tumble dry on high heat for five minutes. If using an automatic dryer, remove while damp and drape to finish drying.
4. Do not iron the heating pad.
5. Do not plug in PureRelief XL until the Pad Connector is completely dry.
