Setup

1. Charging the Battery:

The screwdriver is powered by an integrated Lithium-Ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery. The charging time is approximately 5 hours.

  1. Connect the charger to a standard 230-240V, 50-60Hz power outlet.
  2. Connect the charging cable to the screwdriver's charging port.
  3. Allow the battery to charge for the recommended 5 hours.
  4. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.

Note: This model may not have a charging indicator. Follow the recommended charging time.

2. Attaching Accessories:

Your screwdriver comes with 35 accessories, including various bits. The hexagonal drive size is 6.35 mm.

  1. Ensure the screwdriver is turned off.
  2. Select the appropriate bit for your task.
  3. Insert the bit firmly into the hexagonal drive until it is securely seated.
  4. To remove, pull the bit straight out.

Operating Instructions

1. Turning On/Off and Direction Control:

The screwdriver features a forward and reverse trigger for easy operation.

  • To activate the screwdriver, press the trigger.
  • To select forward rotation (for tightening screws), push the direction switch to the left.
  • To select reverse rotation (for unscrewing), push the direction switch to the right.
  • Release the trigger to turn off the screwdriver.

2. Screwing and Unscrewing:

The automatic spindle lock allows for manual assistance when needed.

  1. Select the correct bit and attach it securely.
  2. Position the bit onto the screw head.
  3. For tightening, select forward rotation and gently press the trigger. Apply steady pressure.
  4. For unscrewing, select reverse rotation and gently press the trigger.
  5. If a screw is too tight or too loose for powered operation, the automatic spindle lock allows you to manually turn the screwdriver to apply additional torque or loosen the screw.

The no-load speed is 200 RPM, and the hard torque joint is 7 Nm.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning:

  • Always disconnect the charger before cleaning.
  • Keep the ventilation openings clean to prevent overheating.
  • Wipe the tool with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

2. Battery Care:

  • Store the screwdriver in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Avoid storing the tool with a completely discharged battery for extended periods.
  • For optimal battery life, recharge the battery before it is completely depleted and avoid overcharging.
