Setup

    • Use the WEEK button to select the current day of the week.

    • Use the MINUTE button to set the current minute.
    • Press the CLOCK button again to confirm and exit time setting mode.
  3. Daylight Saving Time (DST): To adjust for DST, press and hold the CLOCK/DST button for a few seconds. The display will show a '+1Hr' indicator, and the time will adjust by one hour. Repeat to deactivate DST.

Operating Instructions

Programming ON/OFF Times (Up to 16 Settings)

  1. Press the PROGRAM button once. The display will show '1 ON'.
  2. Use the WEEK button to select the desired day(s) for this program. Options include individual days, weekdays, weekends, or all days.
  3. Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to set the desired ON time.
  4. Press the PROGRAM button again. The display will show '1 OFF'.
  5. Use the WEEK button to select the desired day(s) for this program (usually matching the ON setting).
  6. Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to set the desired OFF time.
  7. Repeat steps 1-6 for additional ON/OFF programs (up to 16). Press PROGRAM repeatedly to cycle through '2 ON', '2 OFF', etc.
  8. After setting all desired programs, press the CLOCK button to exit programming mode and return to the current time display. Ensure the timer is set to AUTO mode for programs to run.

Manual Override

The ON/OFF button allows you to manually control the connected device, overriding the programmed schedule temporarily.

  • Press ON/OFF once: Switches to ON (always on).
  • Press ON/OFF twice: Switches to AUTO ON (device is currently ON, following schedule).
  • Press ON/OFF three times: Switches to OFF (always off).
  • Press ON/OFF four times: Switches to AUTO OFF (device is currently OFF, following schedule).

Random (RND) Feature

The Random feature provides a security function by turning lights or appliances ON/OFF at varied times, creating a lived-in appearance when you are away.

  • To activate: While the timer is displaying the current time (not in programming or clock-set mode), press and hold the HOUR/RND button for a few seconds. The 'R' indicator will appear on the display.
  • When active, the timer will turn devices ON/OFF within a +/- 30-minute window around your programmed times.
  • To deactivate: Press and hold the HOUR/RND button again for a few seconds. The 'R' indicator will disappear.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Disconnect the timer from the wall outlet before cleaning. Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or sprays.
  • Battery: The internal battery maintains settings during power outages. If the timer is unplugged for extended periods, it may require a few minutes of charging when reconnected before settings can be adjusted.
