Operating Instructions
Extending the Blade
- Hold the knife firmly with one hand.
- Using your thumb, push the black slider button forward along the track until the blade extends to the desired length. The blade will lock into position at various points.
Retracting the Blade
- After use, push the black slider button backward until the blade is fully retracted into the knife body.
- Ensure the blade is completely hidden before storing the knife.
Cutting Technique
- Place the material to be cut on a stable, protected surface.
- Extend the blade only as far as necessary for the cut.
- Apply firm, even pressure and guide the blade along the desired cutting line.
- Always cut away from your body.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the knife body with a dry cloth to remove dust or debris. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Blade Condition: Regularly inspect the blade for dullness, nicks, or damage. A dull blade requires more force and increases the risk of injury. Replace blades as needed.
