Connecting the Printer

Loading Labels
- Open the printer's top cover.
- Remove the label roll spindle. Separate the two plastic discs by pulling one side.
- Place a roll of labels onto the spindle, ensuring the labels feed from the bottom. Reattach the second plastic disc to secure the label roll.
- Insert the spindle with the label roll back into the printer.
- Feed the leading edge of the label roll into the label slot until the printer automatically grips it. Ensure the black lines on the labels are on the left side for proper alignment.
- Close the top cover.

Printing Labels
The LabelWriter 4XL prints up to 53 standard 4-line address labels or 129 high-capacity 4-line address labels per minute. It supports labels up to 10cm wide, ideal for shipping and other large-format applications. The thermal printing technology eliminates the need for ink or toner.
- Ensure the printer is connected and powered on (indicated by a blue light).
- Open the DYMO software on your computer.
- Select or create your desired label template. The software offers over 60 professional templates.
