Setup

In-Car Installation

1. Attach Mounting Kits: Securely attach the headrest mounting kits to the back of your vehicle's headrests using the provided Velcro straps. Ensure the players are positioned for optimal viewing by passengers.
2. Mount DVD Players: Slide each DVD player onto its respective mounting kit. Ensure they are firmly seated.
3. Connect Power:
   • For powering both units from a single car power outlet, use the dual output car power adapter. Connect one plug to each player and the main adapter to your vehicle's 12V power outlet.
   • For powering units in separate vehicles or from separate outlets, use the additional single output car power adapter for one unit, and the dual output adapter for the other (using only one of its outputs), or two single output adapters if available.
4. Connect AV Cable (Optional): If you wish to play the same movie on both screens, connect the supplied AV cable between the AV OUT jack of the primary player (the one with the DVD) and the AV IN jack of the secondary player.
5. Route Cables: Carefully route all power and AV cables to avoid interference with vehicle operation and passenger movement.

Home Use Setup

1. Position Players: Flip out the integrated stand on the back of each player and place it on a flat, stable surface.
2. Connect Power: Use the provided AC power adapters. Plug the small end into the DC IN jack on each player and the larger end into a standard wall outlet.
3. Connect AV Cable (Optional): If desired, connect the AV cable between players for synchronized viewing, or connect a player to an external TV using the AV OUT jack.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Press the POWER button on the player or the remote control to turn the unit on or off.

Loading a Disc

Gently press the OPEN button located on the top of the player. The screen will tilt forward, revealing the disc tray. Place a DVD or CD onto the spindle with the label side facing up. Close the screen until it clicks into place.

Playback

After loading a disc, playback should begin automatically. If not, use the remote control or the player's buttons to select PLAY. The players support DVD, CD, and JPG formats.

Dual Screen Modes

• Playing the Same Movie: Insert a DVD into the primary player. Connect the AV OUT of the primary player to the AV IN of the secondary player using the AV cable. Set the source switch on the secondary player to AV IN. Both screens will display the same content.
• Playing Different Movies: Insert a DVD into each player. Ensure no AV cable is connecting the players, or if connected, set the source switch on each player to DVD. Each player will operate independently.

Using Remote Controls

Each player comes with a color-coded remote control. Use the remote that matches the color of the player for independent control. Functions include Play, Pause, Stop, Skip, Volume, Menu navigation, and Source selection.

Volume Control

Adjust the volume using the VOL + and VOL - buttons on the player or the remote control.

Headphone Use

Plug standard 3.5mm headphones into the headphone jack on each player for private listening. This will mute the built-in speakers.

Connecting External Devices (AV In/Out)

The AV jacks can be used to connect external video sources (like a game console) to the player (AV IN) or to output the player's video to an external display (like a TV) (AV OUT). Use the provided AV cable for these connections and select the appropriate source on the player.

Maintenance
