Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your KODAK ESP 3250 All-in-One Printer.

  • Paper Jams: If paper jams occur, carefully open the printer covers and remove any jammed paper following the instructions in the User Guide. Ensure paper is loaded correctly and not overfilled.
  • Print Quality Issues (Feeder Lines): If printed copies or photos show lines, this may indicate a dirty printhead or scanner glass. Perform a printhead cleaning cycle via the printer's utility software and clean the scanner glass as per the maintenance instructions.
  • Scanner Error: If the scanner displays an error code or fails to scan, ensure the printer software is correctly installed and updated. Restart the printer and computer. If the issue persists, consult the KODAK support website for specific error code solutions.
  • Connectivity Problems: If the printer is not recognized by your computer, check the USB cable connection. Ensure the cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the computer. Verify that the printer drivers are installed correctly.
