2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the nightlight.
- Remove the cover by sliding or unscrewing it (refer to the diagram on the device if unsure).
- Insert the required number of AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover securely.
2.2 Mounting Options

- Use the included mounting bracket as a template to mark the screw holes on the surface.
- Drill pilot holes if necessary, especially for drywall or masonry, and insert the provided anchors.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the surface using the provided screws.
- Slide the nightlight onto the mounting bracket until it clicks securely into place.

Motion Sensing Activation
- The integrated motion sensor detects movement within a range of up to 10 feet and an angle of 120 degrees.
- The light will only activate when motion is detected in a dark environment. This feature conserves battery life by preventing activation during daylight hours.
Automatic Shut-Off
Once activated, the light will remain on as long as motion is continuously detected. If no motion is detected for approximately 30 seconds, the light will automatically turn off to save power.
