3. Setup and Assembly

  • TIME: Displays workout duration in minutes and seconds.

4.2 Starting a Workout

  1. Step onto the crosstrainer, placing your feet firmly on the pedals.
  2. The console will automatically power on when you start pedaling or press any button.
  3. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to select a desired training program (P1-P12) or choose manual mode. Press ENTER to confirm.
  4. Adjust the resistance level using the UP and DOWN buttons during your workout if in manual mode.
  5. Press START / STOP to begin or pause your workout.
  6. To monitor your heart rate, wear the included chest strap. The PULSE display will show your heart rate.

4.3 Recovery Test

After your workout, you can perform a recovery test to assess your fitness level. While your heart rate is still elevated, press the RECOVERY button. The console will measure your heart rate for a short period and display a recovery score (F1-F6), with F1 being excellent and F6 being poor.

4.4 Body Fat Measurement

Refer to the detailed instructions in the separate console manual for performing body fat measurements, as this typically involves inputting personal data and holding specific sensors (if available on the handlebars).

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your crosstrainer.
