Setup
1. Power Connection
- Connect the AC power adapter to the DC input jack on the back of the unit.

2. Battery Backup Installation
The unit requires one 9V battery (not included) for time and alarm settings backup during power outages.
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the unit.
- Insert one 9V battery, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
3. Antenna Setup
For optimal FM radio reception, extend the built-in wire antenna fully and position it for the best signal.
Operating Instructions
1. Setting the Current Time
- Press and hold the TIME button until the display flashes.
- Use the FAST+ or SLOW+ buttons to adjust the hours.
- Press the TIME button again to switch to minute adjustment.
- Use the FAST+ or SLOW+ buttons to adjust the minutes.
- Press the TIME button once more to confirm and exit time setting mode.
2. FM Radio Operation
- Turn on the unit using the Power Switch.
- Rotate the Tuning Control knob (typically on the side) to select your desired FM radio station. The frequency will be indicated on the FM scale.
- Adjust the volume using the Volume Control knob (typically on the side).
3. Setting the Alarm
- Press and hold the ALARM button until the alarm time display flashes.
- Use the FAST+ or SLOW+ buttons to adjust the alarm hours.
- Press the ALARM button again to switch to alarm minute adjustment.
- Use the FAST+ or SLOW+ buttons to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press the ALARM button once more to confirm the alarm time.
- After setting the time, you may be prompted to select the alarm source (Buzzer or Radio). Use FAST+ or SLOW+ to toggle and ALARM to confirm. The 'AL' indicator on the display will light up when the alarm is active.
4. Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE button. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately 9 minutes.
5. Sleep Timer Function
The sleep timer allows the radio to play for a set duration before automatically turning off.
- While the radio is playing, press the SLEEP button repeatedly to cycle through available sleep timer durations (e.g., 90, 60, 30, 15 minutes, OFF).
- The display will briefly show the selected sleep time. The radio will automatically turn off after the selected duration.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery: Replace the 9V backup battery annually or if the unit experiences frequent power outages.
